An agreement is drafted outlining our detailed plans, the total cost, a payment schedule, start and finish date and any miscellaneous information pertinent to the project. The agreement is signed by the collector and artist as contract verifcation of mural/painting project. A 50% deposit is due at this time. Drafts are then created. Once a design is chosen by the client, the painting begins.
